Tell us about the project.
We will walk the space, scan it with a Matterport camera, and give you a detailed estimate. The drawings and the 3D tour are yours to keep either way.

What happens next
No pressure and no sales visit disguised as a consultation. Here is the actual sequence.
We call you back
A short conversation to understand the scope and work out whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Within 24 hoursWe walk and scan the space
A site visit at a time that works for you. We Matterport the space and produce dimensioned as-built drawings.
Free · no obligationYou get a detailed estimate
Not a per-square-foot guess. You see what each part of the work costs, so you can adjust scope with real information.
Within 5–10 business daysYou decide
The drawings and the 3D tour are yours regardless. If you take them to another contractor, that is genuinely fine.

Quick answers
Is the estimate really free?
Yes — the site visit, the Matterport scan, the as-built drawings, and the written estimate all cost nothing. There is no deposit and no obligation to proceed.
How fast can you start?
It depends on scope and season. Small interior work can often start within two to three weeks; additions and commercial build-outs are usually further out because of permitting. We will give you a real date at the estimate, not an optimistic one.
What if it is an emergency?
For active water, fire, or storm damage, call rather than using the form — (518) 900-3199. Documenting the loss early makes the insurance claim much cleaner.
Do you work outside Albany?
Yes — across Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Saratoga counties. See the full list on our service areas page.
I am a subcontractor, not a client.
Use the subcontractor page instead — it routes to the right person and asks for trade, coverage, and insurance details up front.
