A free 3D scan and as-built drawings
Before we quote, we Matterport the space and produce dimensioned drawings. You keep both — including if you decide to hire someone else.
A dedicated project manager
One person owns your job start to finish. You are not re-explaining the project to a different voice every week.
Line-item estimates, not per-square-foot guesses
You see what each part of the work costs, so you can cut scope intelligently instead of negotiating a lump sum in the dark.
Permits and inspections handled
We file, coordinate with the building department, and carry the job through final sign-off. Albany, Colonie, and Schenectady each review on their own schedule and we plan around it.

Before you call
How much does a renovation cost in the Capital Region?
It depends on scope, but rough ranges help: a bathroom typically runs $18,000–$40,000, a kitchen $30,000–$85,000, and a finished basement $35,000–$70,000. Commercial office work runs $15–$35 per square foot for a cosmetic refresh and $50–$120 per square foot for a full build-out.
We give line-item estimates after seeing the space, so you can see exactly what drives the number.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — we file the applications, coordinate with the building department, schedule inspections, and carry the project through final sign-off. Permit timelines vary by municipality, and we build that into the schedule up front.
What is the free 3D scan?
We scan the space with a Matterport camera and produce a dimensioned as-built floor plan plus a 3D walkthrough you can share by link. It comes with every estimate at no cost, and it is yours to keep regardless of who you hire.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Usually yes for a single-room project. Whole-floor renovations and additions are harder — we will tell you honestly at the estimate whether staying is realistic, and what phasing would cost if it is not.
How do you handle insurance claims?
For water, fire, and storm damage we document the loss, scope the repair to work with your adjuster, and rebuild. Call as soon as the property is safe — the sooner the damage is documented, the cleaner the claim.
Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Licensed and insured in New York. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and bonding information is available for projects that require it.
