Before we quote, we scan your space with a Matterport camera and produce a dimensioned as-built floor plan. Commercial clients also get a priced scope broken down by what the landlord owes versus what falls to you.
The tour and the drawings are yours to keep — including if you hire someone else.

Permits and inspections handled
We file, coordinate with the building department, and carry the job to final sign-off. Every municipality here reviews on its own schedule and we plan around it.
