How we work

What you get that you would not elsewhere.

Five things that are standard on every project rather than an upgrade.

We do not start demolition until materials are in our possession. Tearing out a working room then waiting on a delayed delivery is the most common way a project turns into an ordeal, and it is avoidable.

Working here since 2010 means we know the housing stock, the inspectors, and which suppliers actually deliver on time.

Standard on every project

  • Free 3D scan and as-built drawings. Before we quote, we scan the space and produce dimensioned drawings. You keep both.
  • A dedicated project manager. One person owns the job start to finish.
  • Permits and inspections handled. We file, coordinate with the building department, and carry the job through final sign-off.
  • Line-item written pricing. Not a lump sum and not a range. You see what drives the number.
  • Punch list closed in 5 business days after the walkthrough.
Common questions

Before you call

Do you handle permits?

Yes, on every project that needs one. We file, coordinate with the building department, and schedule inspections through to final sign-off.

What is the free 3D scan?

We scan the space with a Matterport camera before quoting and produce dimensioned drawings. You keep both, including if you hire someone else.

How do you handle insurance claims?

We document the loss, write the scope in Xactimate, and bill the insurer directly. You pay your deductible.

How do you price work?

Line by line, in writing, after seeing the space. Not a lump sum and not a range. If the scope changes the price changes and we document it, but the number does not drift on its own.

Tell us about the project.

We walk the space, scan it, and give you line-item pricing against a defined scope – plus floor plans you keep either way.
