Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We document in Xactimate, coordinate with your adjuster, and attend the inspection if needed. We know how to document supplements when the initial scope is too low.
What if my adjuster’s scope misses damage?
We document and file supplements for additional damage found during demo. Most policies cover legitimate supplemental claims — we’ve done this hundreds of times.
Do you handle smoke damage only (no structural)?
Yes. Surface cleaning, soot removal, odor treatment, and HEPA scrubbing are standalone services if the structure is intact.
Do you do both the mitigation and the rebuild?
Yes — same crew, same project manager. No handoff means no scope gap where one contractor blames the other.
